Evolticom is a CRM and Sales system. It’s designed to be efficient and elegant. Our philosophy is that you probably don’t need advanced features to close a deal, just structure. So with that in mind did we design Evolticom to be efficient, but not taking your money for stuff you don’t need.
No! We use a flat-rate system: you pay the same price each month, for as long as you want.
Our system for handling users and accounts requires us to have a credit card at the moment. We promise that you won’t pay anything in the first 14 days, and you can cancel your trial at any time. And yes, we are currently looking at how we could provide you with a trial without you having to enter your credit card.
Evolticom work with most modern smartphones like Iphone, Android, Blackberry or Windows Phone. You just open your browser and go to the regular URL. And that’s included in the price. No Add-ons, no extra fees.

Go to the ”Contacts” page and click on the contact that you wish to add a deal to. Then click on ”Add deal” on the right side. Currently it’s not possible to add a deal without having a contact.

Go to ”Tasks” and click on ”Add task”. If you have manager rights, you can assign the task to anyone in your team. If you don’t have manager rights, you can only assign yourself a task.

In the upper right corner there is a drop down menu. Click on ”Users” to manage you team.
Go to the login page and click ”I forgot my password” and enter your email adress. We will then send you your password.
When looking at your Sales Board, click on a deal. In the upp right corner there’s the ability to change progress for each deal. It’s then saved automatically.
Move it to either Won or Lost, and it will automatically disappear at the end of the month.
