When you go to review your tasks, you will see some suggestions. These are based on your pipeline and activity and include the following:

• Keeping in touch with your contacts, since keeping a good relation with your clients increases the chances of them buying more;
• Keeping your pipeline in order: we will alert you to create more deals when we see that you don’t have enough value to meet your monthly budget;
• Deals to take action on: we will suggest which deals to push forward based on your historical activity;

Dropbox is a free service that lets you bring all your photos, docs, and videos anywhere. It’s super easy to keep all your files in sync with their seamless web, mobile, and desktop apps.

When we heard about the Dropbox Chooser, we immediately started work on adding it to Evolticom. Leveraging the work done for adding Google Drive integration, we were able to finish it in a couple of hours. Now you can start using it today!

To add a file from Dropbox, just open a card, click the “Attach file…” button, and select “Dropbox”. The Dropbox chooser will come up and you’ll be able to select files and photos from your account.

You already love Google Docs, the online productivity suite that lets you create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations and easily share them with others. Google Drive is the new home for Google Docs, but lets you store all your files — documents, photos, videos, music… anything — and gives you access to them anywhere.

Why just a link? Sharing permissions are handled on Google’s end meaning we don’t know who you want to share the file with. Google Drive files are private by default, so if you want other people to access it, click the big, bright “Share” button on the top right of the Google Doc page.

Your Evolticom account has a “dropbox address”. Your dropbox address is an email address that’s attached your account. When you send or forward an email to your dropbox email address, Evolticom receives it and attaches it to the right contact in your account.

You can find your dropbox address by signing into your Evolticom account, clicking “Account & Settings” in the top right corner, and selecting “My info”. Look for the “Email Dropbox” section for your own dropbox email address.

In the example below, an email from Peter Lestadius was forwarded to Evolticom. Evolticom then determined the email was from Peter Lestadius and attached it to Peter’s page inside the Evolticom account.

While this example is an email forward, you can also CC your dropbox when you send an email to someone and email will be attached to your contact in Evolticom.
