Labels are a great and easy way to harness the power of Evolticom and help you drill down to a specific group of contacts.
For example, you can use labels to keep track of where you originally met contacts. So with a ”TED 2012″ label on everyone you met for the first time at TED 2012., you can quickly determine how the introduction happened, which can come in handy when someone calls out of the blue.
You can also use labels as support in implementing a specific sales process, for example labeling contacts as ”VIP” or in categories like ”Small”, ”Medium”, ”Large” depending on potential revenue or ”customer: A/B/C” or ”prospect: A/B/C” depending on how important the customer is for your business.
Or you can use labels to group contacts by industry, like Health care, Legal, Press, etc. which lets you see a list of all your contacts within a specific industry.
